Thank you for purchasing from Asahi Tech. Because all of our products are digital downloads, we have a specific refund policy that reflects the nature of digital goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All purchases of digital products from Asahi Tech are considered final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered and made available for download, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense, as digital goods cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded.
By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If a product you purchased is non-functional — meaning it does not work as described or advertised — you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You report the issue to us within 14 days of your original purchase date
You provide a clear description of the problem, along with supporting evidence such as screenshots or error messages demonstrating the product is non-functional
You cooperate with our support team in good faith to allow us to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue
Upon receiving a valid report of a non-functional product, Asahi Tech will:
Acknowledge your support request within 2 business days
Work with you to diagnose and understand the issue
Provide a fix, updated file, or suitable replacement within the 14-day resolution window from the date the issue was first reported
A refund will be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:
The product is confirmed by our support team to be non-functional
Our team has been unable to provide a working fix or suitable replacement within the 14-day resolution period
If we successfully resolve the issue within the 14-day window, no refund will be issued. A product is considered "resolved" when the reported technical issue has been corrected and the product functions as described.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Change of mind or no longer wanting the product after purchase
Accidental purchases (please review your cart carefully before completing checkout)
Incompatibility with your specific device, software, or operating environment, where such system requirements were clearly stated in the product listing
Failure to download the product within the designated download availability window
Issues arising from your own modification, alteration, or misuse of the product files
Products that have been successfully accessed, downloaded, and used

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Stripe or PayPal). Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
Please note that Stripe and PayPal operate on their own processing schedules, over which Asahi Tech has no direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a refund has been approved and submitted on our end.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly, and most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account and may be subject to further legal action.
