All sales of digital products are final, except in cases where the product is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of the report. For consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK: digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Where you give your express prior consent to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, that right does not apply once delivery has begun. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection right that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

10. Resale & Distribution
Resale, redistribution, or any form of commercial distribution of digital products purchased from Asahi Tech is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained a separate written resale license from us.
Without a valid resale license, you may not:
Resell, relicense, or transfer any purchased digital product to a third party for compensation
Bundle or include our digital products as part of another product or service offered for sale
Distribute copies of our digital products to others, whether for free or for payment
Sublicense any rights granted to you under these Terms to any individual or entity

Asahi Tech actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of our digital products. Any individual or entity found selling, redistributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting our products without a valid license will be subject to DMCA takedown notices filed with the relevant platforms, hosting providers, and search engines. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and claims for statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASAHI TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
