Bundle or include our digital products as part of another product or service offered for sale
Distribute copies of our digital products to others, whether for free or for payment

Asahi Tech actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of our digital products. Any individual or entity found selling, redistributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting our products without a valid license will be subject to DMCA takedown notices filed with the relevant platforms, hosting providers, and search engines. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and claims for statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law.
